PORT ELIZABETH – ‘Those three moves’ are all you need to know to protect yourself against an attacker.
Those moves were demonstrated to the women at Isuzu Motors South Africa by the International Protection Academy during an empowering Women’s Day programme that took place at the Isuzu Struandale plant on the 8th of August.
In addition, the women were addressed by Senior Superintendent, Raquel Paulsen, from the Port Elizabeth Metro Police on the topic of domestic violence. More than 100 women attended the programme.
Participating in the demonstration are employees Vuyokazi Msezeni, right and Wade Moran, left, while Paulsen observes the action. Moran is also a member of the Krav Maga self defence academy.
